The Unity Slate reflects the whole breadth, depth, and full diversity of our communities: lifelong Democrats, Young Democrats, retired Americans, LGBTQ+, AAPI and immigrant communities, rural communities, urban communities, and the survivor community. Our team represents every corner of Westmoreland County, from north to south, east to west.

The Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee (PDSC) is the official governing body of the Democratic Party in Pennsylvania. The committee supports the party's operations statewide, helps coordinate Democratic campaigns across the Commonwealth, and supports endorsed Democratic candidates across Pennsylvania. The agenda and direction of the committee are established by the State Party Chair, who leads meetings and guides all of the organization's work. Members serve in a supporting role.
This is a four-year elected position. It is unpaid and comes with no salary, stipend, or perks. It is a service role for individuals committed to strengthening the Democratic Party and supporting Democratic candidates across Pennsylvania.
