Building Democratic momentum in a red county, and winning.

Michelle Milan McFall is the Chairwoman of the Westmoreland County Democratic Party, an elected member of the Democratic National Committee, and the first woman ever elected to the DNC from Westmoreland County. She also serves as Political Director to DNC Vice Chairman Malcolm Kenyatta. She served as a political consultant for the 2025 retention campaign of Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Kevin Dougherty and sits on the board of the United Rural Democrats of America.

A seasoned campaign strategist and respected voice in Democratic politics, Michelle brings more than 15 years of experience building Democratic momentum, strengthening red-county organizing, and advancing Democratic ideals and shared objectives across Pennsylvania.

Under her leadership, Westmoreland County has seen a significant increase in Democratic turnout from 2022 through 2024 and delivered key local wins in 2025, proving that investing in red-county organizing pays off. She has consistently used her seat to open doors: for Young Democrats, LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians, African American communities, immigrant communities, disability communities, rural voters, and labor families.

A former high school English teacher, Michelle and her husband Scott have been married for 27 years. They live in Murrysville, Pennsylvania with their two dogs and are the proud parents of a 22-year-old daughter who recently moved to Philadelphia.

Distinguished Leader whose career exemplifies excellence, service, and trailblazing achievement.

A native of our region and a graduate of Seton Hill University and the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Business, Ms. Boerio built an exceptional career spanning more than three decades in international business. She was among the first women to hold senior executive leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ford Motor Credit Company and Managing Director of Jaguar Cars Ltd., with global responsibility for one of the world's most iconic automotive brands.

Following her corporate career, Ms. Boerio continued her service to the public through leadership roles in federal government, higher education, and numerous nonprofit organizations. She served as Chief of Staff for a Member of Congress, as Interim President of Seton Hill University, and as President of Distinguished Daughters of Pennsylvania. She presently serves as Chair of the Strategic Planning Board Committee for Saint Vincent College, Chair of the Pitt Business School Board of Visitors, and Chair of the Finance Committee for Adelphoi USA.

In 2018, she won the Democratic nomination for the newly created PA-14 district in the U.S. Congress against three other candidates. While losing in the general election, she cut the margin in half compared with 2016 results. She serves as a county Democratic committee woman, Secretary of the Westmoreland County Democratic Committee with expertise in mail-in ballot practices, and as an elected member of the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee. In 2020 and 2024, she was elected as a Joe Biden, then Kamala Harris delegate to the Democratic National Convention.

Her career has been recognized through numerous honors and awards, reflecting both professional excellence and a lifetime of service.

Quiet, drama-free execution in leadership.

Jeremy Davidson has served as treasurer of the Westmoreland County Democratic Committee since 2022 and as chair of the Murrysville Export Democratic Club (MEDC) since 2025.

Jeremy understands, firsthand, that any successful organization is based on sound and transparent financial procedures. Unsuccessful organizations lack internal leadership, lack proper financial governance and end up blaming others for their own shortcomings and often drag the public into unnecessary drama.

What Jeremy brings to the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee is quiet, drama-free execution in leadership. Before his appointment to a vacant seat on the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee in 2025, he had already stepped in as a proxy several times to learn what State Committee was all about and built a reputation for reliability, never missing a single State Committee meeting.

Jeremy first became active in the Murrysville Export Democratic Club (MEDC) as its treasurer, motivated by a desire to strengthen his local community. With no prior background in campaign finance, he immersed himself in state election bureau resources, party trainings, and the full Pennsylvania Campaign Finance Law. Within weeks of being elected treasurer, he reorganized MEDC as a Political Action Committee and established rigorous financial standards. Under his stewardship, MEDC experienced significant financial growth, expanded its regional presence through pop-up offices, semi-annual direct mail campaigns, and funded high-visibility Democratic billboards along Route 22 as needed.

He brought the same commitment to transparent, accurate reporting to the county party, consistently filing every required report with state and county officials. Known for his no-drama, execution-focused approach, Jeremy provides the information organizations need to function smoothly and efficiently. He is a lifelong Democrat dedicated to strengthening local and county-level party infrastructure.

Seeks out helpers. Aspires to be one.

Davon Magwood is a dedicated working-class father of three, guided by the moral principles of Mr. Rogers and the work ethic of Franco Harris. He not only seeks out "helpers" but also aspires to be one himself, recognizing the effort required to make an impact.

His interest in politics began as a child during the heated 2000 election between George W. Bush and Al Gore, and he appreciates Gore's gracious acceptance of defeat, which allowed the nation to move forward. After bringing the Youth and Government program to his city school, he learned to write bills, ultimately becoming the Youth and Government PA Governor by a narrow margin.

Raised by a single mother, Davon stepped up early in life, working his way from dishwasher to sous chef in restaurants, gaining valuable insights into hard work and collaboration.

Alongside his culinary career, he volunteered for political campaigns and community initiatives, including Easter basket drives for mothers in shelters and local election judging.

Do the work, build the relationships, and never stop knocking doors.

Lisa Gephart is running for Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee representing Westmoreland County as a member of the Unity Slate.

Lisa has served on both the Westmoreland County Democratic Committee and the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee, fighting for working families and party infrastructure long before she decided to run for the state house. She is currently the Democratic nominee for PA House District 59, taking on one of the most extreme Republicans in the General Assembly.

What Lisa brings to State Committee is local organizing experience, union roots, and a proven commitment to showing up. Raised in a proud AFSCME union household in southwestern Pennsylvania, she learned early that working people don't get anywhere without a fight. That lesson shaped her approach to party politics: do the work, build the relationships, and never stop knocking doors.

Lisa graduated from Connellsville High School and earned her Criminal Justice degree with a Terrorism Studies minor from PennWest California while working full-time. She knows what it means to stretch a paycheck and fight for every opportunity.

As a State Committee member, Lisa has focused on strengthening the connection between county and state party operations, advocating for working families, and ensuring Westmoreland County has a real voice in party decisions. She believes the Democratic Party is strongest when it fights unapologetically for higher wages, paid sick leave, affordable healthcare, and fair school funding.

A lifelong Democrat focused on execution over titles, Lisa is committed to building party infrastructure that wins elections and delivers results for Pennsylvania families.
